52 First Dates: Week Thirty

How was your date last week? Did you pull out those bucket lists to share with each other?  The new year is always a great time to take stock and recommit to the changes you want to see in your life.  January and August (back to school) are always big time for me to focus on new goals so I hope this was a valuable challenge for you as well.  Plus it really opens up a part of you to your spouse.  A part of you that can so often be lost in the craziness of kids and jobs and ministries.

My husband and I had one of the best conversations we've had in a long time.  Just sharing our passions and where we'd like to go as a couple and a family.  It was really deep and very encouraging.  Great talk to have together.

Are you ready for this week's challenge?

Your challenge this week, should you choose to accept it, is to write an encouraging, sexy, loving, etc note for your husband each day this week.  Slip it in his coat pocket, leave it with his keys for the morning,  tuck it in his car, be creative.  The date night can be your choice, but do your best to leave your husband a note each day.  Be as flirty and creative as you can.

Can't wait to hear how your week goes.  Share with us how your dating life is and what you're learning in your marriage.
