Menu Monday 3/8-3/14

Monday:
Breakfast: Oatmeal and fruit
Lunch: Sandwiches, fruit, salad
Dinner: Pea Soup, french bread

Tuesday:
Breakfast: Yogurt and fruit
Lunch: Grilled cheese sandwiches, Greek Veggie Salad, string cheese, applesauce
Dinner: Stuffed Bell Peppers, steamed asparagus

Wednesday:
Breakfast: Yogurt and fruit
Lunch: Sandwiches, carrots and dip
Dinner: Aztec Chicken

Thursday:
Breakfast: PB&J toast, applesauce
Lunch: Pasta Salad with Blue Cheese, Walnuts, and Arugula, sandwiches, fruit
Dinner: Potato Soup, broccoli salad

Friday:
Breakfast: Yogurt and granola
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Fish Tacos with Lemon Butter Sauce

Saturday:
Breakfast: Pancakes, applesauce
Lunch: Tuna sandwiches, carrots and dip, fruit
Dinner: Black Bean Burgers, steamed veggies, tattertots

Sunday:
Breakfast: Leftover pancakes
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Crockpot Chimichangas

Extras:
Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Cupcakes

Wow what a delicious and healthy menu plan. That aztec chicken sounds simple and good, love that. Also checking out those black bean burgers.

Hope you guys enjoy the fish tacos, we just love them.
