But this is what I'm planning:
Pork Tenderloin (I crave this at Easter)
Sweet Potatoes
Rolls (maybe homemade, maybe not)
Creamy Lime Jello Salad
Frozen Cheesecake (?)--Old family recipe at Noah's request, but I'm not sure I'll have the time
Well, I have to tell you that you can't beat my Cabbage Salad recipe. The kids and I ate an entire HUGE mixing bowl full of it in just over two days. It was gone. And that's saying a lot for a four and two year old. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
Cabbage Salad
1 head cabbage
4 green onions
1/4 c. toasted sesame seeds
1 c. peanuts or almonds
2 pkg Top Ramen Noodles (raw)
dressing:
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar (or 3 pkg artifical sweetner)
Chop cabbage and onions. Sprinkle in seeds and nuts; toss together. Break up noodles into small pieces and toss in salad. Dress with vinegar and oil. Refrigerate until serving.
