Tackle it Tuesday

After a few fun filled days of spending time with my mom and grandma, the kids and I are back to finding a routine. But that's still in the adjustment period as well as my husband is starting a new position at his job this week.

So I have a few things to catch up on before they catch up with me:
  1. call a couple of gals from home group
  2. call nursery workers for next week
  3. look for volunteers for women's retreat weekend
  4. call Larissa
  5. work on annual staff questions
  6. pay bills online
oh, oops. Am I making an apple crisp today? hum... think I'd better work on that one too.

That should keep me busy most of the afternoon. Not necessarily all fun and games, but it has to be done. So give me some encouragment and motivation. I have to get some of this done.

You can do it. I started my tackle it pretty much as soon as I was up, because I don't eat breakfast until after my boys have left for school. Between that, keeping an eye on email and the net, and ripping lots of music cd's to my new computer, I got it all done in about 3 hours.
You can do it if I can.

Make sure you set a timer when you start those phone calls, that is where I lose my mojo is by talking on the phone too long. Just imagine how good that apple crisp is going to taste when all is done, yummy!!

Has little to do with your post, but hubby and I tried to make apple crisp once and I had the crisp all ready to go... and then found out our apples were bad. So we just had crisp for dessert.
Now hubby always wants me to make apple crisp but "hold the apples," he says. What a nut.

Hope you got all of that done!
