This was a cute little children's book that even had me giggling all the way through it. Basically it's two voices arguing about whether or not it's a duck in the clouds or a rabbit. And truthfully, I couldn't decide either.
So what else do you do with a book like this, but go cloud watching. This was a spring afternoon for us and the clouds were moving quickly so we saw all kids of crazy shapes and ideas: volcanoes, waterfalls, fire breathing dragons, cars, horses, etc.
We also used this cloud guide to help us identify clouds and view our shapes through the square. It's a great tool for learning more about different types of clouds and for feeling like weather investigators.
What kind of shapes will you see?
