31 Days of Books: There was an old lady swallowed a clover

This story just absolutely had us rolling in laughter.  Instead of swallowing a spider, this old lady swallows a clover and hilarity ensues.  From there, the items get even more fanatical as she gabbles seasonal treats.

Since the Old Lady was eating St. Patrick's Day treats, we decided we needed to do the same.  So we made our own edible clovers and pot of gold.

Here's what you'll need:

Clover Chips and Pot of Gold Salsa

Spinach wraps
Olive Oil spray
Salt
Yellow tomatoes
White onion
Crushed pineapple
Cilantro

*Use your pizza cutter to cut wraps into chip size pieces.

*Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Spray "chips" and lightly salt.  Bake for 5 min, turn, and bake for another 5 min.

*Roughly chop your tomatoes and onion.  Mix with crushed pineapple for some sweetness. Season with cilantro, salt and pepper.

*Eat the clover and gold.  Enjoy!
