Made by Me Monday

Hey everyone,
How was your weekend?  Where you gardening, baking, creating?  Or just plain busy?

It seems like there's never a moment's rest with our little ones.  They keep us so busy and this weekend was no exception.  Last week was the Week of the Young Child so I took both Noah and Lydia on little dates, just one on one.  We picked the bounce house for both of them.  Separate days and totally separate experiences.

Noah just tackles that place. Two  big rooms filled with bounce activities and we tore through that place.  He was up and down the big slide with hardly a breath in between.  We were racing and knocking each other around through the obstacle course.  It was two hours of craziness that left we exhausted.

Lydia is my shy, quiet little one.  It took her a long time to really get into it.  Finally she made friends with an older girl and they ran around together.  It was cute to see by the end of the date that she was looking for her buddy.

The rest of the weekend was busy: Healthy Kids' Day at the YMCA, hair cut for Noah, trip to the library, church, lots of time on the trampoline, and a whole lot of other.  Plus some crafting time squeezed in.  I made these fun little eggs to use around the house.  They're so easy and so economical.  You can easily put them together before the holiday.  So I'll post them early this week.

Should we get started partying?  Write a blog post highlighting your project with a link back here so that others can join in on the fun.  Then link up below to the blog post itself.  You can post more than one project; just add more than one link.  So let's start partying!
