Monday:
Breakfast: Yogurt and Fruit
Lunch: Leftover Chicken Noodle Soup
Dinner: Vietnamese Fried Rice, salad

Tuesday:
Breakfast: Toast and Scrambled Eggs
Lunch: Salads and sandwiches
Dinner: Spaghetti, french bread

Wednesday:
Breakfast: Gingerbread Waffles
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: BBQ Beef and Bean Sandwiches

Thursday:
Breakfast: Yogurt and fruit
Lunch: Salads and Sandwiches
Dinner: Crockpot Beans and Rice

Friday:
Breakfast: Yogurt and fruit
Lunch:
Dinner: Mole Chicken

Saturday:
Breakfast: Pancakes
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Easy Thai Chicken wraps, brown rice, salad

Sunday:
Breakfast: Leftover Pancakes
Lunch:???
Dinner: BBQ at Friends'

Extras:
Cold Bean and Artichoke Salad

The beef & bean sandwiches sound very interesting. I'm going to have to give that a try.

The Thai Chicken wraps sound great, and so do the gingerbread waffles - do you have a recipe for those?

Tuesdays are my day off and since our teen's tutor is here I cannot vacuum. Bummer.
