It shocks me every time they gobble it up, but they keep on doing it.Jenniferhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16958981528207127681noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5719408446613258470.post-45107069177536882712010-03-02T15:35:19.203-08:002010-03-02T15:35:19.203-08:00Well, they sound good - but we don't eat shrim...Well, they sound good - but we don't eat shrimp.Upstatemammahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16862359333933751151noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5719408446613258470.post-15568816135652941282010-03-02T15:11:30.726-08:002010-03-02T15:11:30.726-08:00I'm surprised that shrimp gets the no-vote! Smoked salmon on bagels with cream cheese is simple and delicious. Smoked trout is another simple, tasty into to fish, great in nicoise salad.

You can do a pan-fried fish cheap and easy, too. I found pollack for $2.49/lb. yesterday, and that's the stuff they make fish sticks out of. Very mild. A cornmeal batter makes for a nice crunch and I've never known a kid to not like fish sticks. Beer batter is even better!

You can make California rolls with avocado, cucumber, and imitation (or real) crab for a yummy dinner, too. It's also fun to make!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
